So this guy has a hwole series about DOOOOOOOM and gmod. if you dont know what gmod is, you technically have no soul. If you have enver played on any server on gmod or with others online, you still have a soul. 97% of the online gmod community are in fact massive (fill in any bad word here, they are all of them).

CREEPERS!!!

So, this post will be about my thoughts on creepers, but if you dont know what a creeper is:
They are giant exploding green derps that rule minecraftt >:(
They can also be described with the phrase: "I like your house, hope you dont :)"

So, now here are my thoughts on them:
DAMN YOU NOTCH!!! The one thing you dont want in a game were you build stuf is a creature that blows stuf up X(
I do find them kinda funny though, except when theyre sitting outside my house every day and staring in through my wondows or the opening in my door, obviously asking "can i come in :("
NO YOU CANNOT COME IN!!! YOU COME IN AND WRECK THE PLACE!!! YOU GO NOW!!!
And if that was'nt enough, now if a creeper gets hit by lightning, it glows blue and is a bigger killer >:(

*sigh* some day, these creepers are going to destroy the entire world, and you will see, YOU WILL ALL SEE!!!!

Ok, so the one thing I don't understand is why no one thought for one second that the guy worshipping their enemy is not the guy they should be following.
And to answer her sarcastic question, because he's crazy. You should kill him because he is insane and dangerous. Is it really a shock to anyone that he ends screwing them over in the end? Big shock that the crazy guy worshipping your enemy leads you right to danger.

Japan Tsunami

There really is not much to say about the disaster in Japan. It was a huge catastrophy because of all of the damage it did. I can still remember seeing the wave of debree washing over a long open farmland. Many people's bodies still wont even be found, because when the tides receide, they will pull many of the corpses, along with anyone who's managed to survive, but is in the water, straight into the ocean. The tsunami was a horrible disaster for Japan.
The tsunami also brings up many interesting questions about Japan. For one, why is Japan's architecture and design so resiliant to natural disasters, but has almost nothing in place to defend from a tsunami? Also, why were so many nuclear plants placed in such a dangerous place to have a nuclear plant? And third, why was Japan refusing help at first, because it brings up the question as to whether or not they are hiding something. The tsunami brought up some interesting questions, but i just hope we will get the answers soon.

Books Vs e-books

I really like the idea of e-Books, because it would help cut down on our reliance on cutting down trees. Also, e-books are a much better financially, because they wont wear away like real books. e-Books are much more convenient, especially with the new Ipads, since students wont have to carry around, or even have to remember to bring heavy text books. Personally, since my backpack is full, e-Books will really help me with lightening my backpack and giving me more space to bring things in. e-Books will really help me out.

Cyber Bullying

Personally, I have not seen any bullying at BHS, and the kids seem to really be conscientious about keeping it that way. There are of caurse a few kids who like to think they have all the power and are all-mighty, but I have not seen a kid who ahs any problem with referring to them as jackasses. Even though I dont see any physical bullying, I can definetly see that many kids could be cyber bullying, because its just too easy to do. On the internet, your true face or feelings wont be shown in what your telling someone, so its easy to get into someone's head since they only see whats being told, over the unreliable person doing the telling. It also allows kids to be everywhere at once and know much more about the kid who they are trying to bully. I have not seen any bullying of any kind within the school, or on the internet, but I dont feel as if it is truely not there.

Images being sold/stolen

I believe that if you post a photo on the internet without copywiting it, it is for anyone's taking or use. Images become free for anyone's use when it goes on the internet, just like anything else on the internet. If you have not copywrited it, then why cant someone else use it? The entire point of puting something on the internet is to share it, and not with just select people, but the entire world. If you put an image on the internet without a copywrite, but dont want it to be used in any way others would like to use it, then thats a big mistake on your part. The internet is free reign, and is only restricted by legal agreements, whether its a copywrite, or a user agreement with facebook regarding your images. The only difference between puting an image on the internet and puting it on a giant blimp to fly through the sky is that its easyer to obtain that image on the internet.

Doodling

     This article brings up an interesting point about the helpfulness of doodling when it coems to learning. Doodling is something that I have never really thought of, but to use it to better depict things that you are trying to learn seems like a brilliant way to learn something if purely visualizing it is difficult. People have always had a hard time registering or accepting something that they cannot for a fact see, which is why doodling can help, because it helps put into perspective what seems so cryptic or complicated. Doodling seems like a great way to learn for kids who are having trouble visualizing or accepting what they are being tought, and I think it should be a practice that is more commonly encouraged in schools as a technique to help students out.

Gaming Quality

games seem to be undergoing a phase were quality and making a good game is seen as less important then how much money the company makes. A very good example of this: Fable III. Fable III has had an unbelievable amount of features that have been massively downgraded from Fable II. I can go on and on about what they have changed, but I will sum it up like this: every feature that made Fable II a unique game different from every other game of its type and definetly a one-of-a-kind game has been downgraded into a form that makes it undisputably resemble what most people would imagine it looked like in Fable I, which was not made during the times that game's were as big of projects as they are now. They not only made downgrades like only being able to interact with one person at a time over an entire croud at once, but also stupid or lazy mistakes like making your weapon's transform uniquely to how you have played, but somehow every weapon in every person's game looks exactly the same, and also not checking the color of the two parents when a player has a child with a NPC (its not racist to be put off by a white baby with two white parents somehow turning into a young black girl all 3 times I have had a child). Fable III is a great example of not puting the quality in that people would expect.
Many great games have always created a game that even when some screwups have been made, they are reasonable. A good example of this is Assassin's Creed  Brotherhood, which has many glitches that interfere with the game because it involves precision and carefulness much of the time to play. It has many glitches that interfere with gameplay, but they are not in great number, or too obvious, so I can understand them not being cought by the programmers. What irritates me about Fable III is that mistakes/glitches wont include reasonable things like a glitch so much, but more of something were the programmers never put in the time to do soemthing, like even though there are only 50 weapons in the game, there are are atleast 3 weapons that share the exact same graphic, so none of the only 50 are really unique. Games went through a phase were designing them were careful and obviously so, but now stupid and obvious mistakes have become more and more common in major games that would normally follow a more demanding standard.

Chinese Censorship

I believe that the Chinese censorship is both wrong and ineffective. First of all, assumption is that censorship is being implemented as to prevent a revolution, since it struggles witha serious overpopulation problem, which also means a very large number of people who would revolt. Censorhip is inneffective with preventinga revolution because even though it would be much more difficult to spread negative information about the government, it in itself will create alot of animosity towards it. Also, people are resiliant when it comes to spreading information, so people will fight to spread what the government wants so badly from being released to the public. Finally, just because true facts are being restricted, false facts that are negative towards the government can still thrive. When facts are always being blocked and contained, people will be more apt to believe any of the few things they hear that justify their beliefs, and are also less likely to believe any good things they hear about their government, whether they are obviously true or not, and therefore will be more apt to ignore them altogether.
Censorship is not only ineffective, but is also wrong. People are entitled to their beliefs and opinions, so they should be able to speak them freely to others. Censorship can be used to censor anything that is seen as harmful to the country, so it does not just stop at people voicing out against their government, it will also be used to censor any material that may even just justify in any small way negative feelings towards the government, which almost anything can be argued as doing this. People will develope their feelinsg towards their government with it's approval or not, and that makes it difficult for the people, because they are not allowed to express their strong feelings in any way without facing serious consequences. Censorship is wrong because no one is immune to its punsihment, no matter how much of an upstanding and law-abiding citizen you are, your opinions can still develope into something that makes it difficult to still follow the censorship laws of the country.
