Hacking

Hacking is the bypassing security measures in a website/program and screwing around with the behind the scenes code. It allows someone to change around another person's creation as they wish. This affects the web designer in number of ways. It makes the web designer have to put better and stronger security measures in the coding/website to prevent hackers from geting in, who are updating their techniques all of the time. It also makes the web designer have to be vigilant over their web page, as to make sure it is not being hacked or altered in any way.
Hacking also affects the user a bit. It can be used to steal user information, which can be harmful in a number of ways. I believe that hacking is a very harmful thing. It is used to give one person power over any technology they wish, but commonly only for their enjoyment. It endangers the entire future of the internet, being a threat to take down whatever is created on the internet. I believe that hacking is a dangerous thing that will never stop being a problem.

Deterioration of Quality

I have been very dissapointed lately about the quality of games being made. I have seen way too many mistakes that are very obvious and a team of game programmers with all the funding in the world should have fixed either before or after its release. Halo Reach has had alot of balancing issues, since all of the maps that are played on online are ones made with forge, and some very unfair weapons are on some maps were they would give massive advantages over all other players. Roblox, a game i recently started playing again, has given complete power over to the players, with giving them console commands to games just for having bought a shirt for alot of in game or real world money, which since most of the players are young kids, causes absolute chaos and abuse of powers. These are only two examples of what ive recently seen as a slow deterioration of quality with what used to be an area were quality was a demand.

The quality and mistakes of these games are unacceptable, and it just makes me want to get into game programming more. I want to make a game that puts the rest of these to shame, were the problems of the player are truely treated as if they were the problems of the creator. I want to restore quality to games and set the bar higher to were it was and always should be. I cannot wait to start, because I want to really change this aspect of the world that I love so much. I will restore the respect for the games in themselves.

Apple Vs. PC

I am personally a PC fan. I find the PC is easyer to use then a mac. Macs seem to be much faster then PC's, but they have features that are designed to not  be copying PC, so they are not all designed to be useful or convenient. Windows is slower, but it is more organized with its windows and doesnt have as many problems as the mac seems to push that it does. I also like windows because majority of computer programs and games are designed to be used on windows.
I like the PC because it is more open to be used. A PC has a customizeable desktop in which you can organize files. Mac only has set ways to access your files, through the exact same files listed on the top or at the bottom of the screen. The biggest feature of mac seems to be that it has obvious much greater graphical capabilities, with the most basic functions as minimizing a screen as stretching it down into a folder. I really cant find a good reason for these graphics though, except for watching videos and playing games, so the graphics of a mac arent very impressive to me. I like a PC because its practical, convenient, and easy to use, were mac just doesnt have any peticular features that a PC doesnt.
